It should continue with no data loss. - not something I'd recommend though.
Thanks for the help. #3 was more if the power were to drop due to a grid outage (as its a possibility because the sync takes so long)

Understood, and I have seen some posts where power was disrupted.
Having a backup plan is of course always recommended. I also suggest getting a UPS for the NAS if you don't have one.
Are you thinking about dual-redundancy (16 TB volume size) or sticking with single (20 TB volume size).?
