ReadyNAS 516 creates a successful backup I cant see the file.
I created a ran a couple of backups which were successful. I am trying to see the file in the backup folder but I dont see any files. I tried to create a backup job to do a test restore but it when I browse to the folder to pick a restore source there are no files to choose from.

Can you provide some more information on the backup job settings you used?
I backed up from a remote site (a windows storage server) to the NAS. When I try to browse the backup folder I created it doesn't list any files. I was expecting to see a backup file in the share from the web gui but I found when I looked at the NAS through my network that it had copied all the files to the folder. I'm still not sure if I should be able to see those files from the web gui but I can't.
Did you back up to an existing share, or did you configure the backup job to use a destination folder that was not a share?
