I haven't installed RAIDer yet. I need to install JAV JDK first. I'll do that when I get back home.
I did pull the drives again and it boots but didn't hold anything that I had changed (Name and password)
I thought I did an OS reinstall as I selected it from the boot menu.

We could try tech support mode then - not sure how far that would get us in this case, so let's hold that in reserve.
In addition to trying RAIDar, it'd be good to run the memory diagnostic from the boot menu. Normally I'd expect something else on the LCD screen when the RAM fails, but still worth ruling out. The RAM, fans, and power supply are the only things you can replace in the chassis.
I suggest also removing one disk at a time (powered down) and to then boot the system in read-only mode. If you get the same symptom, then power down, reinsert the disk, and move on to the next slot. When doing this, you do want to be careful to only remove/reinsert the disks with the NAS powered down.
If this works, I'd back up the files before replacing the disk.
