readynas 516 with liquid cooling
is it possible to place an cpu liquid cooling on the readynas 516 cpu?

Thanks, i will look for other way to cool down the unit, ,while transcoding mkv 1080p files

I don't know, but even if it works this would be unsupported and would void the warranty.

As mentioned by mdgm, changing/adding internal components will void the warranty.
Limited Liability Warranty
