ReadyNas 6.2 (NAS locks up entirely)

You are using ST2000DL003 disks with CC32 firmware. These are known to be problematic in RAID arrays. These disks need replacing.
You may wish to power down, remove your disks (label order), connect them to your PC and test them using SeaTools. If you want to get SeaGate disks I would recommend the SeaGate NAS HDD ST2000VN000
Also you last did a factory reset on 6.0.0. I would suggest you backup your data and do a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore your data from backup.
