ReadyNas 6.2 (NAS locks up entirely)

Yes my volume is almost full but on 6.1.9 it's not problem at all. Spin down disabled, most freeze after inactivity, but 2 times freeze when i stream movie from NAS and hit pause for maybe 5 min. It's better on 6.2.x productivity version, on beta NAS crash 4, 5 times on day.
