ReadyNas 6.2 (NAS locks up entirely)

If it locks up and the safe shutdown via the power button doesn't work, the UI doesn't work and you can't get in via SSH you can't shutdown the NAS safely.
SSH can be enabled under System > Settings > Services > SSH. Do have a read of the warning before proceeding with enabling that.
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
