ReadyNas 6.2 (NAS locks up entirely)

update on my downgrade to T1721....
more stable than beta 9
but .... locking up between 1 and 3 times a day.
sometimes under load, sometimes not under load.
so .... whilst I appreciate the help .... my now unreliable NAS is a pain point !!
What really disturbs me .... my local retailer seems to have picked up a large number of RN104s from the supplier which are being sold very cheaply to the unwary :-(

and ... I'm in Australia ... so I guess I can't send my unit. pity because if "reliably fails" is what you're after, it has it is spades :-(
When can we just get these replaced or refunded under the 3 year warranty ?
