I guess your Ultra 2 is also under 4.2.25 (like your Pro 6) isn't it ? Those results are very close to the ones published by Netgear there :

I remember some tweaks for 4.2.x about enabling disk write cache and disabling full data journaling (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detai ... ultra-plus). In my knowledge, there is no such settings in OS 6 anymore.
