    I just checked and I can connect to my Duo v2 via AFP without any issue. I am running 10.11.2 at the moment.

    This sounds like a discovery issue. You might want to try globally turning off the AFP service then starting it again.

     

    In the Finder if you go to Go > Connect to Server, can you connect to afp://192.168.1.50 ?
