The NV+ (v1 - silver chassis - runs RAIDiator 4.1.x or earlier) does not support Plex. The RAID format is different so you can't migrate your disks across. Your disks would need to be wiped.
The ReadyNAS Pro 6 is recommended. See http://www.readynas.com/plex
If you don't need to transcode I'd still recommend any x86 ReadyNAS e.g. Ultra.
