It says "No Installed Applications"
Not sure but I ran the auto update - now on 6.8.0
I think it is to do with the MTU - currently on 1600, very very slow (10 mins to delete a 1mb file) but at least it is accessible

Upgraded to Firmware 6.8.0 and my NAS shuts down in undefined intervals.
In the LOG-File it seams, that the PowerButton was pressed several times - which isn't true.

Do you have a solution - currently I try to backup the device; which is awful, as I've to restart the NAS every hour.

The log you attached here is only status log,
Could you please download all logs from Admin GUI or RAIDar?
How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?
