Your system clearly has been hacked.
Do you have a backup of your data?
I would suggest you backup the data on the NAS, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore your data from backup.
Yes, in normal situations I have the ports for HTTP, FTP and SSH open. However, even when they are closed, I also have these disruptions.
Please send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).
Also, there are some security updates in 4.2.28-T6

I once broke the frontview interface (see on imgur) by adding some virtual hosts manually in Apache, so I'm repairing it again. The logs of these two virtual hosts are stored somewhere else. Would you like me to send them too to that email address?
Edit: Just send the logs! I looked here for 4.2.28-T6, but only 4.2.27 is listed there. Could you link me to that newer version?
