ReadyNAS DUA V2 problem with DLNA service

I am having a similar problem, except it's with video files. Here is a portion of my log (edited out actual filenames).
[2013/03/25 21:10:40] metadata.c:738: warn: Opening /c/media/Videos/XXXXX.TiVo failed! [Operation not permitted]
[2013/03/25 21:10:40] scanner.c:488: warn: Unsuccessful getting details for /c/media/Videos/XXXXX.TiVo!
The file was symbolically linked to the Videos directory. Would that make any differences?
