Thanks for your help, I've fixed the problem though.
It was a network driver issue on my computer and the NAS started working after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Did you have any ports forwarded to your NAS?
Do you have a backup of your data on the NAS?
Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

Thanks for your help, I've fixed the problem though.
