ReadyNAS duo not visible to Time Machine
Howdy! I am not a well versed IT user (i.e. dumb) and I am having problems to start using Time Machine and ReadyNAS. I was trying to follow the instructions posted in this article: http://www.read...

Ok.
Multicast upgrade: enabled (tick)
Multicast IP address: 192.168.1.100 (fixed IP of NAS)
Multicast port number: 5353
Pressed SUBMIT then went to the iMac System Preferences / Time MAchine / Select Disk - sadly still no ReadyNAS showing as I'd hoped.
Any further suggestions?
Would I need to configure any type of Port Mapping on the router btw (http://screenshots.portforward.com/Huaw ... apping.htm)?
