Thanks for your help Stephen, I've restored the unit to the latest firmware. RAIDar choses when to connect and drops frequently, so I'll use a cable for a more reliable connection when required. Just need to find a replacement HDD for redundancy. Is the solution for ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH just to use internet explorer?

It's one option.
You can also install an older version of firefox (94.0.2 works) and configure that to not autoupdate. Some have gotten the portable version (likely so they can continue to use current Firefox for general use).
The third option is to enable ssh on the NAS, and modify virtual.conf to allow http access (not encrypted) to Frontview.
