ReadyNas DUO v1 - file/folder Permissions (can't delete!)

UPDATE:
Okay - so I can see read/write permissions for the two (unknowns) (those being of course nogroup and nouser) and even 'everyone' has read/write access..
BUT - I still can't delete SOME folders, although most of the other stuff seems to be working okay.
Can seem to move around most of the other things...any idea why I'm getting an Error -50 on other folders despite the user permissions seeming okay?
