Another question: Am I right that 4.1.16 is the latest version for my firmware on ReadyNAS Duo v1 ?

On the switch there are one light on each side of the cable for all 5 ports for the cable coming from tg799vac and no lights for the cable
at any port from NAS, for E7152 there is only one light on one side of the cable for all 5 ports coming from E7152 and no lights on any port for the cable between switch and NAS.

Ok. My question was a bit different though.
If you take the cable between the router and the switch, and use it instead to connect the NAS and the switch, do you see any lights lit on the switch.
Similarly, if you take the cable between the switch and the NAS, and use it to instead connect the switch and the router.
Overall, it would appear that you either have a marginal cable or a failing NIC in the NAS. It's unclear why the ethernet port in the old router works (since nothing else does).

Unfortunately that points to the chassis hardware, which isn't repairable.
If you have a PC that has an ethernet connection, you can also try directly connecting the duo to the PC, and check the led status there too.

No connection with NAS in the ethernet port of a PC. Huawei 5172 seems to be the only way so far. Could it be any settings in Windows 10 that crucial for the connectio to function ?

The LED link light is physical-layer (e.g, electrical), so it is not related to Windows 10. Plus the issue is happening with three different devices - a switch, a router, and the PC.
While I don't know why the Huawei is working, I am thinking that it could also fail at any time.
So I suggest connecting up the Huawei again, and backing up the data on the NAS. Then I recommend replacing it (a ReadyNAS RN 212 would be the currently shipping equivalent).
That also will boost your performance by 4-5x, and give you SMBv3 support. The SMBv1 protocol that your Duo is using is no longer considered secure, and Microsoft is taking steps to remove it. Though that's not your current problem, it is becoming an issue.
