READYNAS DUO V1 RND2120 Bricked (update firmware fail)

Hello,

i have a READYNAS DUO V1 RND2120-100ISS bricked, in the time of the firmware update the power was turn off, now only the fan is working, and no lights...

Can i be recoverd with a UART cable, to write the firmware directly to cip?

I don't think so.  Did you try powering up the system diskless, and check the status with RAIDar?  https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads

It's an old NAS, and much slower (and more limited) than newer models.  Personally I don't think it's worth a lot of effort to bring it back to life - instead you should probably just replace it.  Do you have data on it that you need to extract?
