I'd like a little more clarification. With your old PC, when you clicked on "Documents" were you seeing the files on the NAS?
It is possible to set Windows up that way, though I think most people would map drives or put shortcuts on the desktop instead.
Anyway, a little more details on where you want the NAS folders to show up would be helpful.
