Phil, you should be making a new thread on your issue, not tacking on here. Your symptoms may be the same, but cause could be different.
If your system is brand new, and has no data on it, you would need to trigger a Factory Default. That will erase old content on used disks (if y ou put in disks that you used on a PC before).
If you have content on your system, and have been using it for awhile, and only recently ran into this message, contact Technical Support so they can take a look at it.
