ReadyNAS DUO v2 - dropbox like configuration possible?

Mac setup question for ReadyNAS DUO v2:

 

Is it possible to have a dropbox like setup so that the files in the dropbox folder would be synchronized on multiple computers? In addition I would like the time machine to be able to back up the folder.
