Try clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer or Safari > Empty Cache in Safari) closing your web browser then reopening the Dashboard. I had to do this. Sometimes after a firmware update this is needed due to caching of the old version of the web-interface.
