looks like your drives are locked by password due to last volume erasing interrupted,you need to contact support center to find help or plug all drives to computer then unlock them by yourself using hdparm command
here is a example to unlock HDD
check /proc/partition to get HDD letter then issue following 2 commands
hdparm --security-unlock NETGEAR /dev/sda
hdparm --security-disable NETGEAR /dev/sda
