ReadyNAS Duo v2 (RND2000v2) restauration config usine
Bonjour, Je rencontre un souci avec mon NAS, je n'arrive plus à atteindre la page d'admin HTTPS via l'adresse IP. Si je passe par RAIDrar, j'ai l'affichage suivant : J'ai donc suivi...

RAIDar is telling you that the NAS isn't detecting any disks. An OS reinstall or Factory default can't be done in that case, because both are operating on the disks.
Try powering down, then remove power altogether. Maybe then check that the disks are seated properly. Then power up, and see if anything changes.
If you still see this error, then I suggest removing the disks, and testing them in Windows PC with vendor tools (Seagate's Seatools or WDC's Dashboard). Connect the disks either with SATA or with a USB adapter/dock.
It the PC detects the disks, then something has failed in the NAS chassis, or maybe (not that likely) the power adapter.
