It would seem that you have set a static IP address on the Duo at some point.
You can reset the Duo network settings so that the IP address will be assigned by DHCP by performing a Firmware Reinstall (See FAQ for instructions). The Reset will not affect your data, but will reset your admin password to the default as explained in the FAQ
