You could try setting your PC to a static IP address on the same subnet as the Duo, which should allow you to communicate with it.
i.e. change your PC to 192.168.0.x
connect to the duo and set it back to dhcp
change your pc back to dhcp
log back into the duo (raidar will tell you it's new dhcp assigned IP) and set a new static IP in the range of your new router (e.g. 192.168.1.2)
