Netgear used "V2" in two different ways, which is a recurring problem in people properly identifying their NAS. More than half the Duo's currently listed on eBay as a "Duo V2" are what is now called a V1. If the part number ends in -100NAS, and from the description of your unit, yours probably does, it is a V1 in the language currently used. The unit currently referred to as a "V2" is a completely new design with different firmware, not a minor board change like the original "V2".
RAIDar 4.3.8, available at ReadyNAS-Downloads works fine in Windows 10 and should find your NAS as long as it is functional. If it doesn't, come on back and we'll see if we can help get it up and running again.
