ReadyNas DuoV2 and Nighthawk X6 R8000
Just upgraded my router to a Nighthawk X6 R8000 and now I cannot connect to my ReadyNas DuoV2. Radar 6.1 finds the device and says its at IP 192.168.2.12. Checking the router it says its address is 192.168.0.1 and the PC is 192.168.0.3. Really been struggling with this all day, can't access my work data at the momment and getting a little stressed now!! I know its has something to do with the IP addresses and I think I might have to change the route address but I'm just not sure. Any help would be so welcome. Thanks.

Your NAS must have had a static address.
Options are to
(a) change the R8000 to assign addresses in the 192.168.2.x range instead of 192.168.0.x
(b) direct connect the NAS to the ethernet jack of a PC, and temporarily reset the PC to use IP address 192.168.1.13. Then access the NAS by IP address (192.168.2.12/admin) and reset the IP address to automatic/dhcp.
(c) do an OS Reinstall on the NAS.
(a) is simplest.
After you regain access, I suggest reconfiguring the NAS to use DHCP, and reserve an IP address for it in your router.

- Dez36AspirantBrilliant. Did (a). Rebooted everything and there was my NAS drive. Many thanks for your help.
