ReadyNAS FTP service hangs

The techs suggested an OS reinstall which I did, the FTP service continued to work but after closing the ticket the NAS started to hang so in order to minimize the damage disabled FTP and after disabling the service no more hang ups; will enable it only on a when needed basis.
