ReadyNas has died? Only works the fan at full speed...

Question

Hi, I have this NAS RND-2D since some time ago and now suddenly only work the fan when I turn it on. None of the leds or network are working, only works the fan at full speed. As soon as I connect the power cable, the fan run at full speed until I unplug it off again, doesn't happen anything else, Even after 10-15 no LEd lights up.

I have tried others HDD, pressing all the buttons and reset, but I continue without any difference.

I will really appreciate any help to fix it or know if my ReadyNas has died...

Hi mdgm-ntgr, I have tried to reset the NAS but just after plug the power cable the fan works all the time and no button response.&nbsp;

Did you purchase this unit less than 3 years ago, brand new from an authorised reseller?

The problem is the power supply, I have tried with another cable from other ReadyNas that we have in the office and works perfect!! I was so close to put this NAS in the bin...&nbsp;mdgm-ntgr&nbsp;Thanks for all your help!!&nbsp;* Where can I buy again the power supply? Part number: 332-10532-01
