ReadyNAS hung/frozen during resync (reshape)

Title pretty much says it all. I have a 314 running 6.9.1 with 6TB+ disks in all four bays. Three days ago, I removed an HGST 6TB drive in bay 4 and inserted a brand new Seagate 10TB in its place.  ...

    An update to this issue for future reference: I chatted with level 1 tech support and was advised to simply power off and reboot. I did so, and the NAS seemed to boot normally, then it restarted the reshaping process from 0.0%. It was also fully accessible again from the LAN, which is how I was able to download the logs.

     

    No data appears to have been lost.

     

    I've since disabled AV and switched off all apps (ddClient, Plex, LMS) to reduce load.

     

    Right now the reshaping is about 2% and the disks appear to be healthy. So far neither I nor tech support have been able to isolate what caused the severe system freeze/hang.
