I should note that there are multiple possible reasons why that error message may be encountered and you encountered one of them.
Thanks for the warning, but at this stage , the Admin utility loads as expected, so the problem I had is resolved.
That last comment of mine was more for the benefit of others who may come across this thread in the future.
I am having same issue where I upgraded to 6.5.0 and now I am getting db error when i try to access my file and folders.
The error is "Folder Operation Failed."

Failed DB Query for 'SELECT FROM share'. Inernal DB error.
(1722.:11 database disk image is malformed)
I am going to send you my log file so please update me on this. ASAP.
