I swapped the power supply out on Saturday afternoon. It went three days but now the "fan 1 has failed" came back. Any other suggestions?

Without a schematic (which Netgear has not released), anything else would be a poke in the dark.

Thats a pretty safe poke in the dark. Unlikely to find something, I think; but why not? The fan connection is on the SATA backplane, if I recall correctly, so disconnecting that and re-connecting could be all it needs (another long shot).

I resoldered all of the power supply connections and the three connections for the fan header. I cleaned up the board and reinstalled it. We shall see...
