Readynas NV+ : no access anymore under w10

Hi

I dont understand why I can access anymore to my RND4000 (NV+ V1)

Several days ago, I used the NAS as expected.

I restart it today and I have no more access to the shared directory.

I see the NAS in RAIDdar 4.3.8

I can access to the admin page and do what I want.

I can see the NAS when I click on "my PC" in explorer, and when I click on it I have access in read-only to the vast majority of the files shared.

I see the NAS in my "network" after the drives, and when I double click on it, i've got now an error message : error 0x80004002.  image with chrome brower and the https adress of the admin URL. https:// ip of the NAS/admin/

I cant map a network drive, i don't find the NAS.

I am on the same WORKGROUP

I am on the same network level and mask.

I tried and retried to add modify of add users in the credentials manager of w10.

Can you please help me ?

  • What happens if you enter \\nas-ip-address in file explorer?

What firmware is the NAS running?

Are you in share security mode or user security mode?

You are saying https://nas-ip-address/admin fails?   That is what RAIDar uses, so can you try RAIDar again and confirm that it works?

its the latest firmware available 4.1.15

I am in user security mode, with WORKGROUP

I confirm that I can access with raidar 4.3.8 (i even tried the 6.2)

=> I've got an icon as "storage" in explorer, named ReadyNAS NV+ [name of the NAS] and when I doublock click on it its an error message, but before i had access to my shares files in double clicking there.

When I PING the NAS it's OK
