Hello everybody,
I got a client pc with 6 sata ports - is there a way to recover the data if i plug the disks to it?
Yes, if you boot up the PC with a linux boot dvd. Instructions are here: http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=306

Or is there a possibility to use the disks in a newer version, probably in the readynas nv+ and recover the data?
You could migrate the disks to an NV+ v1, but you'd need to be very careful on making sure it is not a v2. Here's a guide: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
Sellers of used NAS often don't use the right picture though, so you need to contact them and confirm what they have to sell.
Another option (better if you don't have a NV+ on hand) is get an OS6 ReadyNAS. Netgear support can help you migrate the data. You would need external storage (e.g., USB drives) to off-load the data. Here's some more info on that: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29876/session
