ReadyNAS NV+ Hanging on Boot....

If you are ok with linux, there's a procedure you can use to access the data w/o the NAS. http://home.bott.ca/webserver/?p=306
If you have 1 or 2 drives installed, note you can use linux reader (connecting a drive to the windows machine) http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/ There are are two drives (RAID-1), only one will show the data partition. the NV+ hardware raid makes one disk a "parity disk" and the parity is written to the drive (but there is partition).
Netgear support of course might also get you back up and running.
