ReadyNAS NV+ RND4000v2 - Connection Refused In Browser

After googling around, I found a page that showed me how to access the boot menu.

So what I did was select OS Reinstall and after it had completed the process, I was able to access the admin page again. Hope this will help others who have similar issues.
NOTE: Doing this will also reset the admin password to the default password.
