Do you have any add-ons and/or backup job running at the same time? Also, how do you transfer files?

No backup jobs, and no addons. I transfer using CIFS. I've also used NAStester and had the same results. I've tried with jumo frames enabled, and disabled on both my pc and readynas.

NAStester uses CIFS btw.
