So you have the v2 (runs RAIDiator 5.3.x)
The disks can be unlocked using hdparm e.g.
# hdparm --security-unlock NETGEAR /dev/sda
# hdparm --security-disable NETGEAR /dev/sda

Honestly, I don't catch exactly what I should to do with commands you suggest to apply.
How to switch into hdparm in ReadyNAS? Can you just suggest any manual for noobie?

Maybe it would be easier if I did it then.
I have sent you a PM.

Typically if disks are locked this is caused by doing a factory default, choosing the secure erase option and aborting the secure erase by powering off the system before it completes.
If you want to use the disks elsewhere you could hook them up to your PC, delete the partitions off them and format them.
