READYNAS NV+v2 password reset
How to reset the password on this system, and allow ready cloud access to the system which at the moment keeps telling me there are no products registered! Even doing a factory reset will not allow m...

I'm not sure if you are trying to reset the admin password of the NAS, or get it to work with ReadyCloud.
Neither the NV+ v1 nor the NV+ v2 will work with ReadyCloud.

Becase of labeling issues, make sure you really have a V2, which is black in color and has an external ;power supply. If it's silver and has a built-in supply, it's a V1 (even if it has a label on it that says "v2").
To reset the admin password to the default on an NV+ V2, do an OS re-install per this article: How-do-I-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-ReadyNAS-NV-v2 . Make sure not to accidently do a Factory Default, as that will erase all data.
