ReadyNAS NVX power supply died + not able to access USB data
Hi,
My power supply warranty is till May 2015. I am yet to hear from Netgear about my support submission. I want to ensure that I am able to retrieve my data. I had a USB backup storage connected to the back of the ReadyNAS but I am not able to see the drive when I directly connect to my PC - it is requesting to format the drive in both Mac and Windows. Any help will be appreciated.
