ReadyNAS OS 6.4.2 Upgrade on RN104 Experience
Aggravating same issue as previous 6.4.x upgrades.
After initial download of upgrade, 104 freezes on shutdown.
After a power unplug, power on, unit booted, installed firmware upgrade ...
It looks like you have allowed snapshot access enabled on some of your shares. The system was having trouble unmounting those when you shutdown on both of your shutdown attempts.
Can you try disabling "Allow Snapshot Access" on your shares and check if the system shuts down properly?
I see you have some apps installed and that you are running an old version of Photos II. You might wish to try updating to the latest version of Photos II.
Which apps do you have installed?
Can you send your logs in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
