Sorry for my late response. I haven't really been checking back here, but yes, I am still having this issue with our client's ReadyNAS.
I have had a level 3 support technician logging on to various users' computers for the past month trying to troubleshoot and he told me it was a Windows problem. There is nothing in the ReadyNAS log files to show that users are being denied permission, and yet there are still users getting "access denied" when they try to open some files. It is happening less frequently now but it's still happening which is not good, and the problem is intermittent which makes it really hard to troubleshoot. I have resorted to doing research on my own as I feel I cannot even get help from level 3 tech support.
