Does your PC and router/switch support Jumbo Frames and if so, have you enabled them on that? How does the performance compare when Jumbo Frames are disabled?
Are the drives still syncing (this is done after a factory default to setup the RAID syncing the drives sector by sector) or is the volume redundant?
