Your question would be better placed with the ReadyNAS Network Storage community section, e.g. the Using your ReadyNAS.
As lined out in License Key Activation Reset, a Netgear rep has to pick up, in exchange with the model details and serial number they can reset your NAS license. Convinced kohdee or BretD will pick this up and assist.
