ReadyNAS Pro 6 / OS6 6.2.4: fan warnig message
Hi,
I have upgraded my Pro6 with OS 6.2.4 and all seems to be working well apart that each time I boot the NAS, after 1 or 2 minutes, I received the following warning message in the log: Fan 'Fan' in enclosure 'Internal' speed is below threshold. (0 rpm).
Please can someone guide me how I might be able to resolve this issue?
Thank you!

Had you used SSH on older OS6 firmware to try and do fan control?- Supertramp11Luminary
Are these two issues the rule or the exception.
I'm on the verge of moving from OS4 to OS6 on my Pro 6 for the reason of the available bit rot protection.
My Pro 6 is used as a music streamer using LMS meaning my flac files are tyically write once read many. As I like to make sure my music collection does not detoriate over the years, bit rot protection seems the right solution (and better than periodic disk scrubbing).
Needless to say that I don't want to win on bit rot protection and lose on disk temp issues.
Thanks in advance for your response.
- didboxTutorThank you for your answer!
I'll send you the logs later in the day.
No SSH to do fan control (upgraded from 4.2.X to 6.2.4). I did a factory default after the upgrade and restored all data from the backup. - didboxTutor

My pro 6 does the same thing once in a while (not just on reboot). It's been benign so far.
