It shouldn't be rebooting.
Some things you could do would include:
1. Running the memory test boot option for at least a few passes
2. Power down, remove disks (label order), connect them to your PC and test them using WD LifeGuard Diagnostics.
There is of course the Disk Test boot option that you could use, which whilst more convenient to use isn't as good as WD LifeGuard Diagnostics.
Your serial does indicate that your Pro is an older unit.
