Readynas Pro stuck on boot

Where do I find a Usb flash recovery with Radiator 4.2.22? The one I have is an older version, the one installed on my Nas is 4.2.22.
When I boot up the Nas with just one disk (not from the array) it does get past the bootscreen and detects the disk
